Tonight we're eating at Geyser Point to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Disney's Wilderness Lodge! This is one of our favorite resorts on property and also one of our favorite lounges of all time, so we're super stoked to finally give you the scoop on this place!

Cheesy Barbecue Brisket w/ House-made Chips

To start out, we got an order of our favorite dip on property -- the Cheesy Barbecue Brisket. The flavors are absolutely incredible and I could literally take a bath in this stuff and be happy. One thing to note is that although it's our favorite, the dish it's served in is a bit deceiving and looks like you get more dip than you actually do so make sure you savor every bite (or just order an extra)!

Handcrafted Charcuterie

Next up, the Handcrafted Charcuterie! It comes with prosciutto, salami, parmesan, pickles, arugula, mustard, sourdough crisps, and even a duck rillette on the side! Although it wasn't the most groundbreaking charcuterie I've ever had, it's definitely perfect for sharing!

Shrimp on a Wire

For our last appetizer, we decided to go with the Shrimp on a Wire! We've had these before and loved them because the chili aïoli is amazing, but this time we weren't that blown away by them. The presentation last time we were here was a lot cooler, but the flavors were still pretty good!

Gluten Free Bison Cheeseburger

Moving onto entrees we have have Joe's gluten free Bison Cheeseburger! The Bison Burger here is truly amazing both with and without gluten. It's served with bacon, Tillamook cheddar, lettuce, tomato, garlic aïoli, marionberry barbecue sauce, and sweet onion straws that unfortunately do have gluten in them, so they had to be left off of Joe's burger. The flavors are incredible and I think it's safe to say that this is one of Joe's favorite burgers on property!

Crab Cake Sandwich

Last, but not least ... the Crab Cake Sandwich. When I tell you this thing is packed with crab meat, I truly mean PACKED! The cake itself sits atop a slab of Canadian bacon, topped with a slaw, and served alongside a stack of waffle fries. The sandwich was definitely a bit spicier than expected, but still amazing!

All in all, we're so happy we came to one of our favorite spots to celebrate 25 years of such an amazing resort! The food was outstanding as always and never fails to deliver on some serious flavor. If you're staying at Disney's Wilderness Lodge or just visiting, this is definitely a must-do!
