The Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation Approves Disney World's Reopening Proposal

Walt Disney World has received approval for their reopening plan from the Orange County Economic Recovery Task Force, Orange County Mayor Jerry Demings, and now Florida Governor Ron DeSantis. DeSantis's approval is the final approval needed to carry out the planned reopening of the parks.

“I am pleased to announce that I have received word from Halsey Beshears, Secretary of the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, that Walt Disney World Resort and Sea World have received approval of their re-opening plans,” said Orange County Mayor Jerry Demings.

Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom will reopen on July 11th, while Hollywood Studios and Epcot are set to reopen July 15th.
