Seasons Greetings! Our friends from Stream N' Scream, Florida's premier drive-through haunted attraction are happy to announce the Jolly Creek Holiday Festival and Marketplace!
Jolly Creek is dedicated to keeping artists and entertainers involved in paid gigs using their craft in safe ways throughout the 2020 holiday season. To this end, we’re so pleased to announce that the musical headliner for the event is the former Grand Floridian Society Orchestra, fresh off their 32 year run at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort!
Sleigh bells are ringing all season long at Jolly Creek Holiday Festival and Marketplace — an all-new event featuring a magical light display, live musical performances and visits from Santa Claus himself.
The Holiday Festival and Marketplace features a Holiday Village adorned with dazzling Christmas lights for families to explore and enjoy. The Festival Stage will be situated within the heart of the village, and will feature the Jolly Creek Society Orchestra, formerly known for their renowned seasonal holiday performances at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa.
Jolly Creek Society Orchestra leader, Harold Johnson, expressed his eagerness, as he is “excited to be booked for the holidays and playing at Jolly Creek.” On select nights, the Jolly Creek Society Orchestra will be joined by the Mistle-Tones, with their unique and contemporary caroling.
Additional experiences can be purchased at a separate price, including specialty food and beverage offerings, marketplace items from vendors, and crafting kits for families to design their own personalized holiday souvenirs.
Select evenings will be designated as “Paw-liday” nights. For an additional fee, guests may bring their canine companions inside Jolly Creek and get photos of their pups with Santa. Proper proof of vaccinations will be required for all dogs.
Jolly Creek is committed to contributing to the Central Florida community and providing support to those personally impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite recent furloughs and lay-offs, the event is employing numerous unemployed individuals and has generated five contracts for local entertainment companies. A portion of the proceeds from this event will be donated to Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida. Additional donations will be accepted during the event from guests who wish to contribute directly.
The Machado Farm Foundation, a nonprofit rescue farm, has partnered with Jolly Creek to provide face masks with a festive flair for the Jolly Creek team. They will also be selling several exclusive candles and boutique soaps created just for the Jolly Creek Holiday Festival.
Enhanced health and safety measures, as well as social distancing guidelines will be in effect during the event. Guests are required to wear face masks at all times unless eating or drinking while stationary. More information on event safety and frequently asked questions can be found on Jolly Holiday Creek's Website
