Here's How the Animals at Disney's Animal Kingdom Are Doing During the Park's Closure

While the entire Walt Disney World Resort is currently closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the animals at Disney's Animal Kingdom are still roaming around the savannah freely. Today, the Disney Parks Blog shared a look at the animals and how they're being cared for during the park's closure with Dr.Mark Penning (@DrMarkatDisney) on Instagram. Take a look below!

Although Walt Disney World Resort is temporarily closed, Disney’s Animal Care team is continuing to provide top-notch care to the thousands of animals who roam our savanna and seas. They are diligently following state and federal guidelines to ensure the health and safety of their dedicated team.

The blog post also hints at a heartwarming announcement that will be made soon, perhaps an animal pregnancy.

Here at the Lost Bros we appreciate people like Dr.Penning and the entire team that works so hard in this time to ensure the animals of Disney's Animal Kingdom are kept healthy and happy during this time!
