Kona Cafe at the Polynesian is one spot that everyone is always asking us about, so we've finally decided to give you all the scoop. Long story short, it’s amazing for breakfast, lunch, AND dinner! Breakfast is definitely the star of the show and has one of the most popular dishes on property... TONGA TOAST. As far as sweet breakfasts go, it’s one of the only that I can actually say I really enjoy. Bananas stuffed between two layers of french toast and finished off with strawberry sauce, what's not to love? Honorable mention goes to the Loco Moco which consists of rice, hamburger patty, gravy, all topped with an egg. Definitely not authentic, but still a really unique breakfast dish that tasted amazing!

When it comes to drinks, our two favorites have to be the Kona Coffee served in a french press and the POG juice mimosa! POG juice is a blend of pineapple, orange, & guava juice and is served at various locations on property. It's delicious and for a Disney mimosa, there was A LOT of champagne!

Overall, the breakfast at Kona Cafe never disappoints as is the case with lunch and dinner as well. This is definitely one of those Disney restaurants that although it may seem over hyped, it is absolutely worth it!
