After five years of park trips, I finally decided to make a reservation at San Angel Inn in the Mexico Pavilion at Epcot and I was so stoked for it! Lex and I dined as part of the Candlelight Processional Dining Package so we could see our favorite, Neil Patrick Harris! 

We started off the night with a round of chips & salsa, followed by guacamole, and some incredible queso fundido. If you're a big fan of the guacamole available outside at Choza de Margarita like we are, then you're going to love the guacamole available at San Angel Inn (since it's the same exact one)!

Lex and I each got our own entree and even though I truly did love my steak, her Mole Poblano was the real winner. It had notes of chocolate & hazelnut and I'm salivating just thinking about it.

We finished off the meal with two desserts: the mousse & the flan. Both of which were also amazing.

All in all, San Angel Inn was a definite winner in my book. I have loved La Hacienda de San Angel for quite some time now, but I honestly think that the Inn might be my new favorite! The atmosphere inside of the Inn really just can't be beat in my book.
