If you live in Florida, then you know that 4 Rivers Smokehouse has, hands-down, some of the absolute best barbecue around! They have several locations in major cities all over the state and now they even have their own food truck at Disney Springs. We decided to stop by the truck to give the menu a try and I think it's safe to say that we were anything but disappointed!

We ordered the taco cone, vegetarian squash blossom quesadilla, and nutella & fruit cinnamon nachos and it was all outstanding! Our favorite was definitely the barbacoa brisket taco cone given all the layers and flavor packed into one $12 cone!

This is easily one of the best meals we've had in a very long time and for the quantity and quality of food that you get, you really can't pass this one up!
