An Unfiltered Restaurant Review Of Garden Grill In EPCOT

Cody T Tells You Everything About Garden Grill

'Let's Start off by saying - Cody is known for being our resident food critic. He knows the best spots and always delivers on recs - so we really trust him when it comes to everything eating.

We've been offering our IG following a unique look at the WDW dining options for yearsssss, but more recently, we've been asking in our IG comments what restaurants YOU want to see, and thus came Garden Grill. The family-style Character dining experience open for Breakfast ($30 per child and $47 per adult) and Dinner ($40 per child and $62 per adult).

At this slowly-turning, circular restaurant in The Land Pavillion at EPCOT you can meet Mickey, Chip, Dale, and Pluto and get a spread of freshly grown veggies from the pavillion as well as a Thankgiving-type spread of other foods like Mac and Cheese, Meats, etc.

Now that the boring explanation is over, here is Cody T's unfiltered review of Garden Grill At EPCOT.

YO WHO VOTED FOR US TO GO TO GARDEN GRILL???? cuz im charging you all double for your next shirt!!!!
iIf you saw our stories, yesterday we went to the second most voted for restaurant from our last post (yes Crystal Palace is next, although your judgement collectively is now questionable)
here’s the deal. we’ve ALWAYS thought Garden Grill was a vibe. maybe the food is a bit boring, but the harvest outfits were fun to match, the spinning room and being in living with the land is hard. whatever
but after yesterday I have to finally add this to our Do Not Go list.

First offense: included in our $62 per person was an appetizer…..celery and carrot sticks. CELERY AND CARROT STICKS??? I COULD HAVE GROWN MY OWN CARROTS AND CELERY FOR 2 CENTS!!! this was an egregious offering considering the price lmao i was dying at this. deff expected more for $62 when you compare it to other similarly priced offerings (hello topolino basket of cool pastries)

Second Offense: only mickey has a slick fit on. the only one who passes as someone who tends crops and rides a john deere. this is also a post covid drag - 4 characters, and pluto, chip, and dale are normal (do not try and tell me plutos bandana counts because it doesn’t lol) so characters are basically not adding to the value here.

Finally - the food was so so so so so mid/below, when all things are considered i just cannot go back or recommend that you do when EPCOT has sooo much better food for $5 at a festival booth. (editors note - it was a fun surprise when they had a Gluten Friendly Dessert for Lex) i literally will put together a reel that’s “Making a better meal than Garden Grill for $62 at Food and Wine”.

*not included in the review* the fact that he accidentally matched with Farmer Mickey

In Conclusion: unless you’re specifically desperate to get a pic with farmer mickey for some life or death scavenger hunt and have no choice but to shell out $75 (tip) to save your own life, please go to Ravello or Topolino for breakfast!!!
okay what do we think….are we going too hard….do you have any other recommendations for after Crystal Palace??? (use the IG post below to make your suggestions and we will take them into consideration but also are wary of all of you)
