The new Mac & Cheese food truck is officially open at Disney Springs, so we stopped in to check out what all the hype is about! Although their menu has a 5 different Mac & Cheese options to choose from, we decided to go with three.
Chicken Parmesan Macaroni & Cheese ($10)
Starting off with the one that I was most excited to try, the Chicken Parmesan Mac & Cheese is made with a creamy parmesan sauce, marinara, mozzarella, basil, and is of course topped with breaded chicken. To be honest, the chicken was basically just chicken nuggets covered in marinara sauce, BUT I that's really all I was expecting. It tastes a whole lot like the chicken parm that I love from Pop Century, so really no complaints here! The cheeses on this one were definitely the best and were super yummy with the marinara.
Six-Cheese Crunchy Macaroni & Cheese ($8)
Your eyes do not deceive you, that is in fact macaroni & cheese topped with CRUNCHY CHEESE PUFFS! This one was definitely a little crazier than the chicken parm, but I really enjoyed it! I wish that it had a protein component to it because I know the cheese puffs will get stale if I tried to take this one home to eat at a later time, but other than that it was still very good!
Bacon Cheeseburger Macaroni & Cheese ($10)
Honestly, this one was the true powerhouse mac & cheese of the day! It has cheddar & American cheese, bacon, shredded lettuce, tomato, pickles, potato sticks, ketchup, mustard, and of course hamburger meat. It really did taste exactly like a bacon cheeseburger and the combination of some hot & cold toppings/condiments was amazing!

They also have a BBQ Brisket and a Lobster & Shrimp option to try, but I figured these would be the strongest of the bunch and wasn’t disappointed! The Bacon Cheeseburger and Chicken Parmesan ones were definitely my favorites, but the Six-Cheese Mac & Cheese with crunchy cheese puffs is definitely a great move!
