We're back at the Four Seasons Resort Orlando today for lunch at PB & G! It's no secret that this is one of our favorite resorts on Disney property or that we love all the food available here, so I figured that it's finally time to review lunch!
Soft Bakes Pretzels with Maple Mustard and Beer Cheese
Today we started off our lunch with the soft baked pretzels with maple mustard and beer cheese. They're are definitely the best of their kind on property (sauces included) and I'd take them over a Mickey pretzel any day.
Lobster Roll
I decided to order something new off the menu and the lobster roll is one dish that I've always wanted to try from PB & G. It comes with a ton of really good quality lobster & avocado and is served atop a soft toasted bun with a side of waffle fries. I still cannot believe just how much lobster meat and avocado comes with this roll, but I will definitely be ordering this more often!
Chirashi Bowl
Colton decided to order the chirashi bowl which includes sushi rice, seaweed salad, cucumber, pickled enoki mushrooms, pickled daikon, carrots, soy marinated salmon, spicy tuna sashimi, edamame beans, and a spicy cream sauce. This has always been one of my favorite dishes from PB & G and Colton really enjoyed it too! All of the fish is incredibly fresh and the toppings really pack a ton of flavor into the bowl!
Veggie Burger
Lex chose to go with the veggie burger topped with tomato jam & truffle mayo and even though it was still amazing and we loved it, the lobster roll and chirashi bowl the stars of today's lunch.
Table Top S'mores
The highlight of our lunch was definitely ending with the table top s'mores! It comes with an actual table top campfire and includes everything needed to make some killer s'mores: marshmallows, graham crackers, Hershey's Chocolate Bars, Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, and even Hershey's Cookies & Cream Bars!

All in all, it didn't surprise me at all that we loved everything that we ordered! The quality of food from the restaurants at the Four Seasons will forever be unbeatable and I will never not rave about it. You're definitely in for a treat that's well worth the money over at PB & G!
